      Most disfunctional tocic place I've ever worked.

      Pros

      its a paycheck. If you are a hard working individual, this place is not for you. If you want to gossip, watch videos all day and kiss butt, this is the place.

      Cons

      Immature, inexperienced, incompetent managers who bully and micro manage. There is so much internal fighting, it is detriment to Kapsch. They should just pull out of North America.

      Pros

      broad portfolio of international customers and projects senior management has become much more international over the last decade eager to innovate willing to invest in acquisitions organisation is adapted to market needs

      Cons

      largely family controlled but also partially listed just like in many other cases the company values are relative politics and lack of consistency means that the execution of strategic plans is hindered unprofitable parts of the business are maintained
