      - I had a great manager - Workload was consistent and never overwhelming - Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow

      Cons

      - Poor pay with promises of bonuses, during covid bonuses weren't being given making living standers to be poorer than expected - Upermanagemnt consistently changed their involvement to the point of confusion of who my manager was

      Unlimited PTO, new CEO who is more people centric, focus on healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Still no obvious growth path for those not in software, projects that are problematic have no reasonable path to a solution, clients can be abusive.
