Working from the office not enforced (only Sydney). But if you go it's a friendly space.

Cons

Teams are underresourced. Depending on the department or manager you work for stress levels can be high. Important to get to know which department you will end up, as it may involve nights and on-call.

Small office mentality. Lots of gossips. Toxic workplace with lots of low level bullying behaviours that are being tolerated. Inc one Sr Mgr that has been there for ages.
