Exciting projects, well known name, clients respect you. Pay is competitive than other Kantar agencies and also GfK/Nielsen/Ipsos

Cons

Bad managers are kept on because they are good contributors, toxic environment, backbiting and politics. Cultural expectation to work long hours.

You get a good amt of hols, but most of the times you cannot take it as you always have some work through which you are nt even learnin anythin

Cons

People say that its a brand and you will learn a lot: What I have noticed is , you are always overshadowed by senior management No new learning No new ideas are implemented You come to IMRB you are actually taking many steps backward in your career, even if you know something, your seniors would never accept and keep their big egos in front of you.
