Cons

No transparency in salary/pay grades. There is a very bad hush hush cultre surrounding that which creates room for unfairness. Little to no diversity and lack of diverse representation in leadership. Good luck trying to progress. If you really wanted to progress you'd probably have to look for opportunities in a different department or division.

They have moved to an flexible time off policy

Cons

I know this year has been a horrible one for many places, but the way that Kantar has handled it show little human kindness. From layoffs of high performers to now re-orging and people losing titles and taking pay cuts after making year end goals --- it's not someplace I'd recommend to another QRC
