Nothing to specify much as there are no positives. The company is reactive in taking decisions. Doesn't look after employees

Cons

This is one of the worst companies to work for. The management doesn't take any decisions. They do not show growth path for internal team members and hire seniors from external companies

- Kantar is very diverse and inclusive when it comes to its employees - They have unlimited PTO which is nice - Very flexible when it comes to working from home

Cons

- No room for advancement - Senior leadership seems to be changing all the time - The direction of the company changes a lot too
