interesting clients and at times able to impact their business decisions

Cons

- little to no growth as they're looking for growth but slashing prices so business is unprofitable - the better you are at your job, the more work you do (of course) - poor management - internal systems are broken or down all the time - hard to get anything done - constant internal change - must work with offshore people which tends to create more work and frustration
