Competitive compensation. In spite of high turnover, there are still a fair number of very competent staff members at various positions

Cons

Constant self-congratulatory messaging from senior management about culture, work-life balance, and diversity that could not be further from the truth. Little to no professional growth opportunities for employees combined with short-sighted, bottom line focused decision making from leadership equates to a frustrating and disappointing employment experience

Lots of really smart and committed people to making a difference for their clients

Cons

Once Bain got involved the culture chaned drastically. The company has reorganized without consideration for clients and has chased too manyu great people away. Clients will suffer.

Overly bureaucratic and antique way of thinking. Zero knowledge share or desire to move forward. Power hungry jobsworths in management positions with zero knowledge or experience in the roles the manage.
