There are some very good people who are committed to doing good work - people you can learn a lot from.

Cons

Years of poor leadership and private equity squeezing have hurt the business and its culture. Burnout is rampant, raises and promotions are very scarce and often secret. There is no future here. Anyone who’s smart is trying to leave.

Constantly restructuring, changing job responsibilities, and then laying off a handul of people from various departments. Continually Mlmoving most operationally related jobs/departments offshore. Pay/salaries were all oer the place within level and department.
