Great Company Culture and Good Place to learn

Great teamwork. Lots of training opportunities. Casual work environment. Able to work closely with CEOs, VPs, Senior mangers, etc at any level. Fun/playful atmosphere. Although you may work long hours, it's not excessive and depending on your position you have the flexibility to work from home. Opportunity to work on other teams and work on various types of research.

Cons

Not alot of opportunity for growth. Advancement is very slow. Pay is low.
