Smart people drive a fast-moving business forward and are responsible for generating their own insights and capabilities. Support is there, but you succeed at Kantar Retail by building your own brand and winning for your clients.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement once you hit 3-5 year mark; most analysts go on to get MBAs so if that's not for you, you'll need to do some soul searching

Flex time most people arrive at 9 am and after 4 pm it is hard to find anybody so work hours are great they just turned profitable after 10 years new management attracted execs from great companies and are bringing discipline and strategy

Cons

Online Market research is a "dog" little innovation demanded by the buyers previous management lost too much time & resources on doing crazy acquisitions legacy systems hands-on top management demand to be involved on every small decision
