There are plenty of great co-workers, plenty of vacation days, and plenty of opportunities to develop work experience in the market research field.

Cons

Long hours that may not match the compensation. Very little chance for career growth. It can also be very stressful.

Excellent place to learn the tenants of market research. Good quality processes in place to conduct the research study. Senior Management has market understanding - that provides interesting insights. opportunity to work end-to-end projects.

Cons

Client Servicing opportunity is dependent on immediate manager; Projects can get repetitive during the course of 3 years. Won't be managing a team without a minimum of 3 years experience. Pay Hike is marginal in the first 3 years.Appraisal structure is non-existent - KPO's not well defined.
