loads of information and training

Cons

Management tells you one thing but never follow suits with their promise to the employees. I find that management plays favortisim that some people do not get the recgonition they deserved but others get promoted not because of their ability but because there's an opening in their team that they are automaticaly promoted.

Great opportunity to work with some clever innovative people who provide outstanding research solutions to large and small pharma companies.

Cons

Still going through period of adjustment following the creation of Kantar Health. The business strategy is not clear and there is some level of disengagement amongst staff.

Kantar being the number 2 Marketing Research group thoughout the world, the network is great and the people working there remain accessible for the most.

Cons

There is still a competition between opcos so communication an trans-unit business development can be harsh. Marketing research is very very dry...
