Pros

Great culture amongst peers and people, friends and family feel. WPP/Kantar Group great place to have a large network within the Communications, Media and Insight industry

Cons

TOP DOWN management- state they want to hear "voice of staff", but in action it looks/feels very different. Unluckily disconnect between people doing the business and the ones managing it to large, hence business not even closely performing to its potential.

Pros

Only good thing was the amount of PTO and holiday pay. I could work from home to avoid having to see people in my office suffer because the people in charge had no clue.

Cons

The people that run LSR are incompetent and that is a compliment. They merged my department that was part of TNS with these selfish and untalented people in New Jersey and then laid us off based on survey. Guess the truth really hurts. If you want to work for a place where you fill out forms and sends all the real work to Bulgaria then this is the place to work and never learn anything.
