Good experience for marketing / data analytics consulting in the retail industry

Big analyst classes, team environment, formal training program. Top clients in the industry. Team environment and very nice, hard working people who are very smart and went to good schools.

Cons

There is high turnover and big analyst classes with people straight out of college, so most of the people you interact with are your own age and experience. Analysts are work horses and do a lot of data crunching, and seem to be a bit expendable. Some positions will allow for a lot of client facing, but the main con is the lack of interface with upper level consultants.
