Strong product offerings and solutions, good industry reputation, knowledgeable leaders. If you don't need much personal time, it is a good place to grow your skills.
Cons
Short staffed, high turnover, with a lack of experienced talents to form the team. The focus on recruiting interns and grads means team members tenure are often short-lived. Long hours -late nights and weekends. Mandatory to complete weekly timesheet before Monday as part of your performance goals and track your time to ensure your hours are maximized without compensation for your OT hours during peak periods. Needs more transparency at the time of hiring and on company/policy changes.
