the best reason to work here is there is no excess pressure of work as it is done in a very systematic way. if something goes wrong people will help you out.

Cons

No 'equal employee treatment' management is not run well. promotions and other benefits are given to people who r favoritesto the senior management

The job afforded me the opportunity to manage engagements early in my time at the company. They also offered plenty of resources in the form of primary research.

Cons

The job had a lot of autonomy, but at times, it felt a little too unstructured. Since it's so decentralized, it can be difficult to navigate the organization.
