MaPs is one of those companies that lures you in by promising to be great for your career growth and experiences. They appear to set high standards to draw in an overachieving crowd of young graduates. However once you arrive it is a pure sweatshop. I have never seen a company with turnover that high. People would get hired and leave within a month. If you stay you can either watch an over competitive, paranoid environment turn you into a jerk that throws your own friend under a bus or you can expect to be laid off or fired. They need entry level people to churn and burn through and their turnover record speaks to that. Upper management is all about the bottom line. they do not care about their staff at all. A take it or leave style of management from top down. Its not a nice place to work at all. The pay also sucks for the amount of hours you'll work. And frankly, if you're a top graduate- you can do better than what they pay anyway.

micro managing prevails here , there's also an unprofessional work environment created by untrained young staff being managers to other untrained young staff, no real training, sometimes unreasonable turnaround time is demanded of staff leading to long hours. the people act somewhat robotic there.
