      Good place to work, don't expect salary increase

      Pros

      Great teams, interesting work, less frantic and cut throat than other consultancies

      Cons

      Pay increases are linked to company overall performance. Most teams have flat wages, not even commensurate with inflation. Hiring and promotions are often deliberately delayed. No bonuses. Promotions may have pay increases approximate to promotions

      Good place to start your career; not somewhere you want to stay

      Pros

      Exposure to a lot of brands and work, may have opportunities to do things not appropriate for you level but great in terms of experience. People are relatively nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of nepotism and senior management are only senior because they have been there longer. Most people with credible skills actually decide to move on leaving the workforce full of "comfortable" people who will do the minimum and shift work to others

      Pros

      You get to work with good brands and big clients.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. You will be working late and on weekends. Focus only on Topline and bottom line. No employee engagement. Work environment not healthy.
