Good clients, Good for people who like travel. But No work life balance

Good clients enabling good research experience. Scope for National/International travel depending on client serviced. Good employee culture. Everyone from Interns to Top Management are at first name basis.

Cons

Work-life balance is a non-existent phrase. There's only work. Period. Compensation not the best. Annual bonus and other incentives not enough to justify work-load
