Pros

Great People. HR are good in the sense they really encourage feedback about the company. I have never woken up and not wanted to come to work. I feel supported by my direct manager and senior management are also very approachable

Cons

There have been lots of changes in the department, which I feel have stalled my progress. They're aren't enough opportunities for progression or career development-but this is symptomatic of a lot of large companies. There is a lot of room for improvement for communication between senior management and the team

Company is small, there's opportunity to stand out

Cons

Life work balance is hard. But they just started a pilot program that ends the day at 6 pm, which is much better than staying late after 7 pm
