      Supportive employees, environment that fosters diversity, offers great training in the world of market research. Also offers great opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis even at the entry level.

      Cons

      Expect long hours if you get a job here, low salary and no bonus. Upper management is only about reaching targets for the year. They overwork every employee

      Manager had no knowledge of the disease areas studied, had poor to terrible management skills, unaware of appropriate research methodologies, and was not removed from the team despite multiple (5+) employees she "managed" quitting (most of whom cited her poor knowledge and leadership as the primary reason for leaving). Company is focused on admin work and charging a premium price due to 'brand" rather than mentoring, training, developing employees and providing truly innovative solutions to client business issues. Quit within a few months
