Good pay and part-time opportunity for a student

Pros

The flexible hours and decent pay rate made it a good choice for a part-time student. The Company provided thorough training. All in all it is a positive experience employment-wise!

Cons

I cannot think of a Con to provide as help to a jobhunter.

None - wouldn't recommend this employer to anyone

Cons

Management was useless, understaffed team constant criticism not getting things out on time - well try handling that workload. Team turnover was massive whilst employed. 2 left within weeks, another joined and pretty much handed notice in shortly after.. Benefits virtually none existent - pension and EAP but that was about it. Even had to pay for dinner when asked if wanted to help entertain a colleague from overseas - unheard of in a decent company. No leeway, if having to work late they don't give any flexibility back. Pay - team doing exactly the same job but on different pay rates, totally unfair one person on 18k and another on 21k no wonder there was resentment.
