      Pros

      The staff is quite nice, unless of course we're talking about upper management.

      Cons

      Personal growth, non existent Pay rate, atrocious and far below industry standards Upper management and CEO are clueless as to how to run a business that could excel in the market place Upper management is "flighty", "disconnected" and has no clear sense of direction Sweat shop. They increased the companies work week by 5 hours, but no additional compensation was coming with that increased time The Managing Director promises things will get better but they do not Everyone is on eggshells waiting to be dismissed or laid off All in all, a very very unhappy place to live and work
