      Good environment for learning, but....

      - clear career path & salary increments for the first 2 years - flexible working hours - more day off time compared to other companies

      Cons

      - not having local HR & IT, which results to confusion if there's anything want to ask/raise regards to gadget & people matters - despite the target is always increasing & achieved, very minimum benefit for employee (not even have an outing lolll) - replacement for employee is very hard & long process results to remaining people could get extra work for it
