The people over in Hyderabad off shore center are good, friendly and really work hard to bring out the best.

Cons

Of late the environment here has been too political with Sr. Management from London trying to drive a wedge within the local leadership team due to their own insecurity and paranoia about the good work being done in Hyderabad.
