1. Provides sound foundation to Market Research with variety of projects. 2. Gives good deal of freedom to work and learn approaches, models, end-to-end execution of projects. 3. Learning is not restricted to particular sector rather one can learn several sectors with a can-do attitude. 4. Company policies are very accommodative.

Cons

1. Salary are not very high but decent. This is understandable as its a MR agency and not a client/product based company that commands huge profits. But rest assured, once you learn here and move out, you will surely command a good profile and a good package.
