Pros
Nice office, nice people. Ideal for people who are process oriented and like to do only one type of work. Great place for people who have the gift of gab.
Cons
There are many unhappy overworked employees practically slaving away under poor distracted management. Everyone is a number (literally) and an incompetent always absent HR often turns a blind eye to the abusive work style rather than try to mitigate it. Many good employees have either left or are being pushed out. Profits are the main focus. In general not an ideal place for people who want to help their clients, learn, or work collaboratively.
