      Global, smart people everywhere, part of WPP with lots of perks

      Cons

      Horrible at rewarding talent, siloed, grows through acquisition which leaves business units with ill-placed products and services to sell.

      Hard work is acknowledged. Great place to work if someone wants to pursue marketing research job profile. Employees are given the opportunity to work in varied projects.

      Cons

      For some teams there is no work life balance. But this is not true for every unit, depends on the kind of client you are working with. However there is a lot work pressure.
