Pros

Kantar Health India works with some of the best clients. The work and projects are really good and real time learning is quite high.

Cons

Besides the learning, the team especially research executives and senior research executives are very overworked. If you are joining in those levels be rest assured, that you will work 12-15 hrs days and no weekends off, no holidays can be planned and also you cannot fall sick! You will be the dump yard for work and after all this work that is dumped on you, you struggle to finish it, no one will review it... managers and top management do not have the time for the same.

Corrosive culture. Obsolete technology. Poor performance.

Pros

A good culture for those who doesn’t have a firm grip or stance in this profession.

Cons

A place riven by internal tensions and poor leadership that ripples into cronyism, hostile environment, extremely difficult staff, to make matters worst some of them are the so-called leaders, a lack of professional conduct both from associate managers and admin staff. Not a place for a conscious, driven and motivated young mind.

Great Place to Learn

Pros

Easily the best place to start off your career in MR domain. All the seniors are accessible easily, are generally very friendly, and with the right kind of attitude, this place really helps you learn a lot, both as an individual, and as a professional.

Cons

Work Life Balance: Easily the biggest con. Working late nights, instead of being an absolute last minute necessity, has become more of a routine. Bureaucracy: Quite often, the better performers don't necessarily get credit, promotion or raise commensurate with the performance. Almost routine to see the louder mouths, and the ones with better connections with higher ups, getting promotions & raises. Raises: Poor, by any stretch of imagination HR: Absolutely non existent
