Pros

Benefits, PTO, fairly competitive salary

Cons

Clueless and often dishonest senior management, lack of relevant training opportunities, lack of advancement, Burn-and-Turn environment, lack of long-term vision, people evaluated on metrics out of their control (eg., staff with no sales responsibility rated on achieving revenue goals on their accounts)

Pros

Very easy, outgoing and collaborative environment allows for a good learning and developmental experience Fringe benefits are commendable - ranging from food, entertainment, indoor & outdoor sports to conveyance arrangements and reimbursements.

Cons

Very poor work-life balance. Working in IMRB needs a full-time commitment to work and getting used to year-round pressure. "Reward for good work is more work" is a common mantra. Though the payment is an industry-high, yet it seems very less compared to the amount of work.
