      Pros

      It has an awesome culture - very friendly, cooperative and provides a good support system. Fringe benefits like evening snacks, dinner, saturday lunch, conveyance are very convenient for those who stay alon

      Cons

      Work life balance - My God! it's one of the worse. This creates a huge likelihood of taking toll of your health. However, it also depends how you handle the work pressure and how much can you effectively prioritize and delegate.

      Pros

      Nice friendly staff, starting with the receptionist (except upper management). The location is excellent, right next to "city walk" and the "LA Fitness". The office is nice, open floor style with lots of windows and light.

      Cons

      Horrible management, starting with the finance department. Company was making employees take furlough days off (economy crunch). Not too many places to eat nearby. Salary is not all there.
