Cons

Too many immature and deceitful people. They pay low and say it is made up in benefits. A pool table and 2 ping pong tables and a small cafeteria that is overheated and crowded. These are not real benefits, especially if they insurance is not needed. In that case you are paid low and no benefits. There is an Aramark Provisions on Demand but then food is spoiled even though it is "fresh". Their idea of diversity is great when it comes to different cultures. However, these cultures need to be submissive. No questions or seen as aggressive or too confconfrontationnal.

Pros

This is a great environment with smart people who possess a young vibe. Many up and coming professionals who mean well and care about you as a person.

Cons

Despite the success of Kantar Retail in the Kantar company portfolio, expect to win or lose as a Kantar group. This means small bonus pools, delayed non-retroactive raises and growth promises that often do not go anywhere since they have to ask for financial approval from WPP to do salaries. Surprise, big brother does not want larger salary overhead!

Vey good at finding jobs based on your skill set. They walk you into your interview and answer any questions. They follow up to make sure everything is going good at your new position

Cons

Got a position through them, but still got emails on jobs available (not really a con)
