      Good mix of people some interesting projects Great management - in my area at least dont like getting rid of people

      Cons

      career progression is non existent Too many under qualified people retained because of point 4 above

      Pros

      Excellent workplace for any one looking to make a career in Healthcare Consulting. A company formed by the amalgamation of industry leaders, this place truly believes in and demonstrates strong core values at work. A passionate leader, highly committed senior managers and a talented team create the perfect learning environment.

      Cons

      Being a Global organization and part of a larger Group, sometimes decisions can take a while to be made and may not be reflective of situation on ground.

      Pros

      It serves as a stepping stone to move forward onto better companies. It offers the opportunity to make good experience in the media sector, again with the view to move somewhere else. Reasonable opportunities to move between departments or onto sister companies across Kantar and WPP - although you have to make all the effort as support from management on that sense is non-existent. Company benefits were good.

      Cons

      Management were poorly trained and sometimes seemed to have no clue about how to motivate their staff. (this was true for most of them, although there were some who were better than others) Entry-level salaries were an outrage.
