Pros

Great opportunity to work with bright and enthusiastic team of consultants with significant real world experience prior to consulting. Good client base and variety of project work. Reasonable flexibility to work your own way.

Cons

Uncompetitive remuneration package and company frequently defers payment of increased salary for 3-6 months. Leadership has too narrow and simplistic a view of how to get the best from the team on consultants that results in a demotivated employee base. Very limited career progression and development opportunities for more senior employees.

Young culture and highly entrepreneurial that allows you to try out new approaches as long as you can be successful at them. Great on the job training as well

Cons

You will probably hit a glass ceiling in 3-4 years unless you are near the top of your analyst class. High turnover after 2,3 years due to the above and natural desire to go to business school among analysts
