      Good starting salary, good for freshers to learn the basic skills around consulting, market research, analytics. Teams are good but varies team to team

      Cons

      Outdated software, lot of manual work. Hike is minimal. No bonuses. Working hours are not defined one keeps on working until he is awake. You are expected to be available all the time.
