We genuinely do great work for our clients.

Cons

Senior leadership are invisible. Poorly thought out initiatives created every month. These initiatives are tracked but the outcome for the business is not (e.g. they track the number of conversation with prospect you have but give no indication if it leads to sales). More admin with no benefit. Ancient technology and systems from the 90s. No pay rises for 2.5 years in spite of increasing hourly rate they charge clients above inflation!
