      I started my career at Kantar and it was great to learn the ropes from a structured environment

      Cons

      After a few years, I stagnated and felt like I could do my day-to-day in my sleep -- that's what ultimately caused me to leave. I had an amazing manager and team, and I recommend anyone in market research to start their career here.
