- Good culture such as having town halls, friendly people. - Flexible working hours - Senior management is professional and good for the most part. One particular tead had too much internal politics that it made working uncomfortable.

Cons

- Minimal guidance for new joiners. Focus too much on their internal training but leave out required technical aspects needed to complete slides / analyze data well. - Outdated software. Still uses SPSS when there are far more advanced tools available. - Growth is very capped if you’re a tech enthusiast. - Can expect to work until night on most days.

Too much work. At times i didnt sleep for 2days , bonus depends on teams performance,work life balance depends on your project
