      Pros

      - They ask for your availability weekly, so shifts are scheduled based on what you tell them. - Flexible shift times and allocations. Great for university students.

      Cons

      - The contract requires you to work at least one weekend, but there’s no weekend pay rate. - Work is highly repetitive. You do the same tasks each shift, aside from occasional new scripts for different studies. - The role feels unfulfilling. It’s hard to see how the work contributes positively to society. I often felt like I was bothering people with cold calls, even when they agreed to participate. I’d prefer a job that helps people, not inconveniences them.

      So much learning but it can be so toxic

      Pros

      A global company so the learning is great. V good for exposure to working with the world's best brands. The access to knowledge is really superb and if you manage to snag training its high quality.

      Cons

      Since the change of ownership, it's been toxic as inevitably with job insecurity optics matter more than anything else. The gap between promise and delivery of some of the products make servicing them to clients an incredibly stressful experience. DE&I is paid lip service.
