The unlimited pto and uncertain job landscape kept me

Career advancement and opportunity are not clear at this point. If you want to find other opportunities in the organization good luck. They don’t prioritize helping you develop skills to reach the next level in your position or others you may be interested in. They only recruit from MMR programs so diversity is not a priority and is limited to gender. Haven’t gave raises for the last 2.5 years so the motivation is low.
