Pros

Decent Salary and Work from home

Cons

Terrible work culture especially in the Kolkata office. The managers do not think of you as a human but merely a "Resource" and expect you to work like a robot. Zero work life balance. When i say zero, i mean zero. Almost everyday you are expected to work till 11PM and that is on the normal days. On bad days, you might see youself working till 3-4AM. Most teams are severely understaffed and there is immense workload on the individual employees. The work is also monotonous and heavy on manual cumbersome work. Managers have zero respect for your personal time, will call at odd hours and weekends and will use unethical ways to arm twist you into falling in line with their absurd and unrealistic expectations. There is also a lot of politics involved. Do not join if you are looking to lead a happy life.

Pros

Unlimited FTO policy, supported fully remote work (depending upon location)

Cons

Severely underpaid given experience level, long work hours, constantly adding more and more and more to the job description with no compensation, did not value loyalty to the company despite employee desire to continue learning & growing

Where careers go to stagnate

Pros

Generous time off benefits; flexibility around setting my schedule and where I work (within reason). Frankly, these are the ONLY reasons I've stayed as long as I have.

Cons

Frequent reorgs and layoffs as management chases elusive growth, without clear strategy. Back-end functions (operations, IT, panel management) are not held accountable for numerous and often client-visible quality issues, resulting in client service team spending considerable time cleaning up messes and creating intense workload. Many barriers to career growth and promotion. Management says they are committed to promoting from within, but turn around and bring in outsiders for VP roles. When there are promotions, they go to younger team members. Once you pass 40, expect to be stuck in your current position indefinitely. No raises in 2 1/2 years; bonuses are slim if they happen at all.
