Great people, good company benefits, good company reputation in the industry, which helps move to future roles

Cons

terrible work-life balance, regular overtime, no clue from upper management on daily operations, high levels of stress, no career progression. No pay rises in years! A lot of talks about diversity and inclusion, but no real action -no flexibility for people returning from maternity leave, forcing them to quit the company
