When I joined Kantar 5years ago it was an incredible place to work. The culture, team spirit was the best I’ve ever seen.

Cons

The last 18 months has been atrocious with new leadership coming in. They talk the talk publicly about values but internally the whole team are shocking.. I’ve seen the most appalling behaviours aimed a staff from the leadership which has resulted in grievance after grievance but nothing is done..

Providing a proper training for graduates

Cons

Workload can a nightmare, there's a lack of understanding from some managers if you complain that there's too much that you can handle. There's a tendency for bullies to be in managerial positions and they all cover up for each other. There's an expectation to conform and not stand out.
