Cons

Leadership and tech transition very poor- has killed off the enjoyment and community in the work place Jobs turning into IT, coding, and fixing issues instead of creating interesting things with data Salaries have been stagnant for years despite inflation and market rates - majority of the best people have moved on Massive shortages in staff leads to pressure and working extra hours

No layoffs during covid, comfortable.

Cons

Last 2 years inflation has been over 20%, company has offered 3% and 3.5% as salary reviews. Your salary will only barely keep up with inflation when you get promoted.
