The people are good so is the culture, right from the senior management. There's flexibility for virtual working. Ideal firm to Kick start into the research industry, because of the expertise and mentorship one establishes a strong foundation.

Cons

The pay is far below market standards. Operations and ways of working are still very traditional. Lacks technology. There's no overseas opportunity.
