Pros

1.Nice infrastructure 2.Free food at times

Cons

There's a big list here and you must go through each of the items before you join: 1.This is a market research company and not an IT company(don't think you will become data analyst or something here) 2.The work here is not at all IT/software related. They train and make you work on a tool by IBM i.e. dimensions that no one is using in the market even IBM itself has stopped updating the tool years ago. 3.They make you work in shifts without considering any of your health issues. They try covering it up by saying we provide high allowance.Like really an Employee friendly company asking people to neglect critical health issues for allowances?? 4.HR's here are rubbish, they just sugar coat the things and are partial as hell. 5.Politics-Just talk about it,and you will find it on every level here. 6.Zero work life balance. Shift Timings :a.10:30 am-7:30 pm b.1pm-10pm c.7:30pm -4:30 am And no work from home policy. It's only allowed for senior members 😂 7.They make fresher's sign a huge bond amount and treat them like slaves on low pay. 8.Promotions take years to happen. 9.salary hikes are like peanut chunks.

Market research masquerading as a consultancy

Pros

Good work life balance, plenty of freedom and autonomy to do whatever you want in order to get the job done. When you compare to market research, hours are so much better and pay is better. Join Kantar consulting if you want to do market research

Cons

I don't even know where to start, but this is not a consulting firm, so please don't be fooled by their pitches to you. Management talks about competing with MBB but ends up pitching against TNS and Millward Brown for market research projects. Clients are all insight clients. Offer still isn't differentiated. They sell everything and hope something sticks. No strategy and no action plan. Essentially hoping for the best.

Pros

Nothing really. Just the view of madison square park. The door men are nice... Jr staff okay Ummmmm. That is about it.

Cons

Ha. Everything you can think of is a con. Go somewhere else. All these bad reviews can't be wrong. I am not even a disgruntled employee or former employee.
