Pros

Management is strong, cohesive, and open to feedback; truly invested in development of employees and creating career and growth opportunities where possible. Friendly office environment, frequent catered lunches, cross-department partnership, and intelligent and fun employees. Employees from various offices are frequently visiting so it's easy to meet colleagues from across the country.

Cons

As a growing company, there are process changes that not everyone likes. However, the changes appear to be for the betterment of the organization; if you're OK with change and a little ambiguity it can be viewed as a positive!

Pros

Friendly coworkers (to your face)

Cons

Too many immature and deceitful people. They pay low and say it is made up in benefits. A pool table and 2 ping pong tables and a small cafeteria that is overheated and crowded. These are not real benefits, especially if they insurance is not needed. In that case you are paid low and no benefits. There is an Aramark Provisions on Demand but then food is spoiled even though it is "fresh". Their idea of diversity is great when it comes to different cultures. However, these cultures need to be submissive. No questions or seen as aggressive or too confconfrontationnal.
