      Good place to start your Market Research Career

      - Temporary WFH set-up - Company provided equipment - Challenging projects - HMO on day 1

      Cons

      - No proper onboarding and training - Assigns projects within less than a week without the proper foundation of the systems and processes. - Some processes are redundant and inefficient. - Management tries to promote work-life-balance, but employees tend to receive emails/requests beyond working hours. - Flexible time tends to promote longer working hours.
