Not expected to work overtime.

Cons

Very low salaries, everybody on different salaries regardless of experience, 40 hour working week, dirty office, very few rewards / incentives for staff, not a good working atmosphere. Extremely poor HR.

Pretty decent salary, good personalities in upper management, some days off and some flexibility, kitchen is always full of food

Cons

Management doesn't want you to succeed Systems are sooo outdated If you want to learn how things work nobody knows or they tell you it's not your job

Cons

Workload can sometimes be too demanding. Business decisions are very regionally-driven; local business units have limited freedom.
